We are looking for an experienced and creative Content Marketing Manager to lead a global content team. This role is critical in shaping how we communicate our brands story and industry leadership across various formats and channels. As a key member of the Marcom and Brand team, you will support global marketing and communications initiatives, driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through compelling content.

The Content Manager will manage overall marketing content creation across different formats and channels. They will be part of the Corporate Marketing team, supporting various marketing and communications activities, including content strategy development, editing, managing marketing campaigns, and the social media calendar to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

Lead Content Strategy: Develop content strategy across portfolio and regions to support and strengthen company positioning.

Thought Leadership: Create thought leadership content based on independent research and industry knowledge.

Brand Voice & Consistency:

Define and enforce a unified brand language, tone, and messaging across all content assets.

Maintain brand style guidelines to ensure high-quality, consistent content production.

Content Creation & Oversight: Collaborate with the marketing team on various marketing collateral, including blogs, vlogs, podcasts, newsletters, white papers, articles, brochures, and videos.

Social Media Strategy:

Develop and implement a dynamic social media strategy to enhance presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and other platforms.

Manage the social media content calendar with engaging posts.

Website Content Management:

Maintain and update website content to align with marketing campaigns and industry trends.

Optimize content for SEO.

Collaboration with Design & Marketing Teams: Work with designers on marketing materials and align content strategies with broader business initiatives.

Knowledge Management: Oversee the organization and distribution of marketing assets and manage knowledge-sharing tools.

Requirements:

Native-level English writing and verbal skills.

Hands-on writing and editing abilities.

Experience in marcom at a global B2B company.

Proven ability to write scripts for clips and develop strong copywriting skills.

Experience managing social media platforms.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Creative, with knowledge of content and social media trends.

Strong team leadership and managerial skills.
