Role Overview:

The Software Engineering team focuses on developing software that directly impacts the

operation of semiconductor processing equipment, including robotics, gas valves, and

temperature controllers. Join our team to:

- Lead software development for competitive semiconductor capital equipment

- Drive innovation and enhance software quality for semiconductor equipment

- Build and grow a team of skilled software developers

Responsibilities:

- Define software development plans and generate a software roadmap

- Manage software project portfolios, focusing on cost reduction and performance

improvement

- Ensure high-quality, first-time-right software development in collaboration with the

software quality team

- Strengthen team capacity and capability through recruitment and development

- Collaborate globally with other Software Engineering leaders on software strategy

- Measure and maintain internal customer satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in computer science

- Experience in technical leadership roles

- Knowledge of customer-oriented software baseline management and release planning

- Proficiency in modern software technologies and software development

- Strong leadership, with experience in team building and development

- Ability to work in a global matrix organization

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Masters or PhD in computer science or a related field

- Experience in the semiconductor process equipment industry
