Primary (Essential) Duties:
Objective Assessments: Conduct objective and quantifiable assessments of patients physical function based on treatment diagnoses, including medical history, cognitive function, sensory- perceptual-motor function, functional mobility, and pain management.
Goal Setting: Establish measurable treatment outcome goals that are realistic and appropriate to each patients condition, derived from initial assessments.
Treatment Planning: Develop and implement dynamic treatment plans to achieve or advance toward established outcome goals, ensuring consistency and continuity to optimize patient clinical response.
Minimum Requirements:
Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
Licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of Idaho.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
A Masters Degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.
