As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be a vital member of our dynamic sales team, representing our high-quality line of Division 10 products. Our range includes restroom partitions, accessories, lockers, visual display boards, flagpoles, and replacement parts, providing comprehensive solutions to our clients across various industries. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and grow customer base with a large geographic territory
Create & execute specific strategic plans to profitably grow the business
Attain revenue targets and KPIs as set by the Sales Director
Assist and guide customers in product selection and influence sales towards
strategic brands
Continuous follow-up on assigned quotes
Quote to close ratio of 20% or greater
Evaluate, monitor, and resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner
Participate in construction site meetings as required to assist in issue
resolution
Collect market intelligence and competitor activity information and share
through company database
Provide timely and accurate forecasts on sales projections
Generate accurate and timely field reports
Participate in industry and promotional events
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Good Communication & writing skills
Good organizational skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Ability to read and understand equipment operation manuals, Safety Data
Sheets and other literature as required
Good mathematical skills
Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills
