Hatch Waxman Litigation Associate

Our Client is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Hatch Waxman Practice Group in our Intellectual Property Department. This position is open to all our firm offices, with a preference for New York, Chicago, Boston, Washington, DC, or Philadelphia.

Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience and superb writing and communication skills with a preference for candidates with technical degrees

in chemistry, biology, or a related field. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of Hatch Waxman litigation experience.

Candidates should have experience drafting briefs and participating in all aspects of fact and expert discovery.
