**What We Make:**
Custom folding cartons, and lots of them. Produced on sustainably made paperboard, most with 100% recycled fiber, our high-technology printing and converting equipment sheets, prints, die-cuts, windows, and folds/glues these folding cartons utilizing lasers, scanning cameras, scanning fiber optics, robotic-like automation, and more.

**Job Description:**

**SUMMARY**
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Must have the knowledge to read and interpret Factory Ticket (FT) and Die Chart for specific job information and instructions.
2. Must have the ability to perform Make Ready Duties, including loading tooling, setting up the feeder, striking in counter plate, and setting swords.
3. Ability to run all of the Die Cutting machines in the department.
4. Troubleshoot problems on the die-cutting press and communicate with Lead, Supervisor, and/or die room personnel to solve issues.
5. Assist in performing all required maintenance on Die Cutting equipment.
6. Knick Die to proper standards.
7. Responsible for proper register/creasing/cutting.
8. Responsible for inspecting each load produced on the die cutter for defective material.
9. Responsible for completing all necessary paperwork and sample retains related to job production.
10. Communicate with other production departments.
11. Continue to learn procedures in the manufacture and construction of folding cartons.
12. Follow up and carry out instructions given by the Supervisor.
