Job Title: Customer Support Agent - German Speaker
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Must be located in Limassol, Cyprus, or willing to relocate.
Citizenship: EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Cyprus is required.
Salary: Varies between 1800 to 2200 depending on experience
- Customer Support Week Days 1800-2200 gross per month
- Customer Support Night Shift 1800-2200 gross per month
- Weekend Shift Support 2000 gross per annum
Weekday Shifts (Monday to Friday)
Shifts are rotating weekly, with the following hours:
- Morning: 09:00 18:00
- Middle: 13:00 22:00
- Night: 18:00 03:00 (Soon to become 16:00 01:00)
Note: A one-hour break is included in each shift.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via live chat and email.
- Maintain a prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer issues and queries efficiently.
- Stay up to date with the latest product terms, offers, and features.
- Escalate complex queries to relevant departments when necessary.
- Conduct initial investigations into customer issues and queries.
- Adapt to a rotating 3-shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in online customer support is required.
- Language Proficiency:
- Excellent written and verbal skills in German.
- Proficiency in English is also required.
- Location: Must be located in Limassol, Cyprus, or willing to relocate.
- Citizenship: EU citizenship or valid work permit for Cyprus is required.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Proficient in computer usage and typing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a multitasking environment.
Night Shift
Shifts: Monday Friday from 01:00 09:00 (Fixed schedule, no rotations)
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via live chat and email during night hours.
- Maintain a prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer issues and queries efficiently.
- Stay up to date with the latest product terms, offers, and features.
- Escalate complex queries to relevant departments when necessary.
- Conduct initial investigations into customer issues and queries.
- Work exclusively during night shifts from Monday to Friday.

Working Days: Saturday and Sunday
Shifts: 24 hours per week (soon to become 20 hours per week)
- Current Shifts:
- Morning: 10:00 23:00
- Noon: 13:00 02:00
- Future Shifts:
- Morning: 09:00 19:00
- Middle: 17:00 03:00
- Night: 23:00 09:00
