that prioritizes the well-being of our patients over profits. Our patient base is composed of very kind and respectful individuals, primarily from a rapidly growing retirement community. We see an average of 5 or more new patients daily, and our practice is growing fast. We emphasize a
culture of mutual respect, ensuring a positive environment for both patients and staff.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board Eligible Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our team. While we are open to a wide range of specialties, we do not require a retina specialist and do not perform refractive surgery. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to
patient care, a willingness to work in a dynamic and growing practice, and the ability to handle a busy patient load. We offer full-time or part-time options with flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload starting at 15 patients per day, with the goal of increasing to 30-35
patients daily.
Provide comprehensive ophthalmic care, with the option to perform surgeries if desired.
Collaborate with a full support team, including scribes, receptionists, and technicians.
Engage in community outreach and education programs as needed.
Maintain high standards for patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
Requirements:
Board Certification: Required, flexible on specialties (excluding retina).
Experience:
Open to new graduates and those with extensive experience.
Hospital Privileges: Necessary if performing surgeries; support provided for obtaining
privileges.
Call Schedule: Optional. If the candidate opts to operate, on-call rotation is 7 days per month.
No on-call required for non-surgical roles.
EMR System: Modernize Medicine (EMA) experience preferred but not required.

Community & Demographics:
Serving a patient base with a focus on adults 50 and older (all other age groups are welcome and pediatric patients are referred out unless there's an emergency). Majority of patients are White American (80%) and Asian (15%), from lower to middle-class backgrounds.
Winchester and Woodstock areas are known for their friendly, community-oriented atmosphere, making them an ideal place to practice medicine.
