Responsibilities:

• Represent the company as the face by delivering expert knowledge and exceptional gaming quality.
• Consistently adhere to the companys presentation and grooming policies.
• Present all games professionally, showcasing superior presenting skills aligned with performance standards.
• Engage and entertain players effectively.
• Maintain a high level of technical proficiency across all games, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.
• Contribute actively to the companys growth plans and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with a well-presented appearance.
• Languages Needed: Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English.
• Ability to maintain high energy levels for animated and engaging game presentations.
• Flexibility in working hours and commitment to a 24/7 shift pattern (shifts: 6am2pm, 2pm10pm, 10pm6am).

Salary:

• First 3 months: 1,216 NET per month.
• Between months 4 and 9: 1,521 NET per month, plus performance bonus.
• After 9 months: 1,749 NET per month, plus performance bonus.

Visa Conditions and Relocation Package:

• Work Permit: Available for Brazilian nationals, with processing potentially taking up to 6 months.
• Relocation Package: Includes one year of company-provided accommodation near the office (shared two-bedroom apartment with a private room, utilities included) and coverage for flight expenses to Bucharest.
