Job Overview

Our client, a global leader in the online entertainment and iGaming industry, is looking for sales-driven and motivated individuals to join their expanding Sales team. You will play a crucial role in customer reactivation, retention, and engagement, helping clients unlock the full benefits of the companys offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Make proactive outbound calls to players to increase site activity, retention, and reactivation rates.
  • Assist both new and existing players by removing any blockers to enhance their experience.
  • Promote the company's sites, products, and campaigns during interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support to address player needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a daily and monthly basis.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales, Forex, or Customer Service (with a strong sales orientation).
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in one of the following languages: German, Greek, Italian, French, Norwegian, Finnish, or Spanish (Spain).
  • Professional-level English communication.
  • Strong customer engagement skills and ability to confidently promote products.
  • Experience or knowledge in the Casino or Sports Betting industry is a plus.
  • Target-driven mindset with the motivation to overachieve goals.
  • Must be legally registered as a freelancer or have a company to issue monthly invoices.

Working Conditions

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM6:00 PM or 10:00 AM7:00 PM) + 2 Saturdays per month (hours may vary based on market needs).
  • Start Date: ASAP.
  • Reporting Line: Team Leader.
