EPA Universal Certificate is a MUST
HVAC/R Cert preferred but they MUST have good experience
Clean Drivers License, no records is a MUST
They MUST be familiar with VRF systems and grocery store refrigeration (these are the
2 big/important ones)
Refrigeration technicians can also be qualified as long as they have the EPA Cert

Job Description:
Top mechanical company looking for experienced HVAC/R Technicians.
Responsible for the diagnosis and repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Position Responsibilities:
Performs diagnosis and repair work on refrigeration, evaporative condensers, ice machines, water pumps, compressors, air handlers, electric motors and HVAC units. Then returns all equipment to proper operating levels with a goal of zero call backs.
Performs preventative maintenance on the same equipment as listed above to ensure optimal operating efficiencies and less downtime for the customer.
Completes all paperwork in a timely manner.
Willingness and ability to travel throughout Eastern MA on an as-needed basis.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience required
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
Demonstrated ability to achieve quality results
Strong work ethic, self-motivated and a professional attitude
Good driving record and valid State Driver License
Ability to be on call on a rotating schedule: nights/weekends/holidays
Understands the need for integrity and demonstrates awareness of ethical implications
in all situations
