Position - Multilingual Customer Success

A company located in Kfar Saba is looking for a motivated and experienced Portuguese native speaker and Spanish speaker to join their international A-team that spearheads their product footprint growth. 

This is an onsite position.

In this role, you will focus on providing new customer accounts with a fabulous experience coupled with a carefully designed customer journey, driving customer satisfaction, subscriptions, and revenue.

What Youll Do:

  • Take E2E ownership for a set of incoming new accounts and guide them with professionalism and care through the customer journey.
  • Prioritize and advance accounts through the customer journey to maximize conversions.
  • Lay the foundations for a long-lasting business relationship in line with the companys strategy and Value Proposition.
  • Perform training, implementation and deployment, qualifications, and discovery sessions with new accounts and document the findings.
  • Maximize product value for customers and keep them updated about new features and potential use cases.
  • Coordinate and monitor all operational activities related to supporting your set of accounts.
  • Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-ups to closure on open issues.
  • Exercise your product, people, and business skills to achieve the best results.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Customer-obsessive, with at least 3-4 years of solid customer service, customer training, or customer technical support experience (SaaS background preferred).
  • Flexibility in working hours; workdays MondayFriday.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills in English.
  • Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Italian, etc.
  • Problem solver who can find quick solutions and efficiently remove hurdles to drive the customer journey ahead.
  • Self-starter resourceful and creative in learning new domains.
  • Fast learner with a range of technical systems.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce, Jira (advantage).
  • Proven knowledge and experience in the Supply Chain / Shipping / International Trade industry (advantage).
