Our Client is seeking a mid to senior level associate for our Labor & Employment Department in either of our California office.

Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of experience representing employers in employment law matters involving both litigation and advice and counseling with two of those years specific to California. A strong background in discrimination, retaliation and harassment law and wrongful discharge actions is a requirement for this position, as well as experience with wage and hour law and class action experience.

Qualified candidates must also possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience and superb writing, drafting and communication skills. We are particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support our national practice.
