Job Summary: Seo Specialist
We are looking for a seasoned SEO Specialist to lead the development and execution of our organic growth strategy across the UK, DE, and UAE markets (and the US in the near future). This role focuses on increasing qualified organic traffic, improving keyword rankings, and ensuring our website is fully optimized to capture and convert search demand. You'll work closely with the PPC team, content writers, and the Head of Marketing to ensure a unified digital strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase rankings and organic traffic in key markets (UK, DE, UAE, and USA).
- Conduct detailed keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, headers, internal linking, etc.).
- Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to site speed, mobile optimization, indexing, and crawlability.
- Oversee off-page SEO activities including backlink audits, outreach strategies, and competitor benchmarking.
- Optimize and collaborate on content development to align with search intent and user engagement goals.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools and dashboards, providing actionable insights and monthly reporting.
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
- Stay up to date with algorithm changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of SEO experience in e-commerce; experience in the combat sports industry is a plus.
- Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency with industry-standard SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Yoast.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic actions.
- Knowledge of international SEO and localization best practices.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with content creators, developers, and paid media teams.
Location: Sialkot
Timings and Days: Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm
