About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from potential and existing clients.
- Manage portal leads, update CRM systems, and maintain client records.
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, site visits, investment updates, and booking status.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues with professional communication.
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments when escalation is required.
- Maintain high standards of client service and represent the company brand positively.
Job Role Secondary:
- Update CRM/collection software and internal trackers.
- Assist in preparing collection reports for management.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Care teams for cross-departmental issues.
- Participate in training, compliance briefings, and performance review sessions.
- Support documentation, filing, and audit-related activities.
Other Details:
Experience: 3+ years
Shift Working days & Timings:
Night Shift: Monday to Saturday (9pm to 6am)
Afternoon Shift: Monday to Saturday (3pm to 12am)
Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi
