What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a B2B Content Marketer who can do more than write — someone who can build an audience, drive demand, and create a content presence that makes Human Focus the go-to name in compliance training. This role spans written content, social media, LinkedIn, community engagement, webinar promotion, and product marketing, all aimed at a professional B2B audience.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and wider team to plan, produce, and distribute content that educates decision-makers, generates leads, and supports the full buyer journey.
What's Required:
Proven experience in a B2B content marketing role
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn as a brand channel, including content strategy and community engagement.
- Demonstrated experience promoting and supporting webinars, including pre- and post-event content.
- Experience with product content marketing for a B2B audience — ability to translate features into business value.
Community management experience across social platforms.
- Proficient in Canva and comfortable with basic video editing tools (CapCut, VidCut, or similar).
- Strong written English with the ability to adapt tone for professional, decision-maker audiences.
Responsibilities:
Content Marketing
- Develop and market product-focused content that clearly communicates the value of Human Focus products to business decision-makers.
Write marketing copy for promotional assets.
Create product demo videos for promotional assets.
- Repurpose content across formats — blog to social, webinar to article, educational article to videos, guide to email series.
LinkedIn & Social Media Management
- Own and manage the Human Focus LinkedIn presence — content calendar, posting, engagement, and growth.
- Develop a consistent LinkedIn strategy targeting a relevant audience.
- Manage other social media channels (where applicable) with platform-appropriate content.
- Monitor trends, engage with relevant conversations, and grow organic reach across platforms.
Community Management
- Build and nurture an engaged online community around Human Focus content and brand.
- Respond to comments, messages, and conversations across social platforms in a timely and on-brand manner.
- Identify community insights and feed them back into content and campaign planning.
Webinar Promotion
- Lead the end-to-end promotional activity for Human Focus webinars — pre, during, and post-event content.
- Write email invitations, social posts, landing page copy, and follow-up nurture sequences for each webinar.
- Repurpose webinar recordings into supporting content such as clips, summaries, and key takeaway articles.
- Track registration and attendance metrics and report on what drives performance.
Promote recorded webinars to capture new leads.
Creative Asset Production
- Use tools such as Canva to produce social graphics, promotional banners, email visuals, and presentation assets.
- Use video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, VidCut) to create short-form video content for LinkedIn and social.
- Maintain visual consistency with Human Focus brand guidelines across all self-produced assets.
