Opening: Operations Manager 

Job Descriptions:
The company is looking for a disciplined and proactive Operations Manager to manage daily office operations and oversee the sales floor in Pakistan. The role focuses on ensuring team productivity, monitoring sales performance, enforcing company policies, and preparing accurate management reports. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between management and the sales team, ensuring targets are met and operations run smoothly

Key Responsibilities:

Office Operations Management
-Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow
-Ensure punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct across the office Implement and enforce company SOPs, policies, and reporting structures
-Coordinate with Admin and HR for attendance, leaves, and office requirement

Sales Floor Management
-Monitor daily activities of the sales team on the floor
-Ensure proper lead handling, follow-ups, and customer engagement Maintain discipline and productivity during working hours
-Address sales team operational issues and escalate when required

Sales Targets & Performance Monitoring
-Track individual and team sales targets on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
-Ensure sales executives meet assigned KPIs Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions
-Conduct regular performance review meetings with the sales team

Reporting & Data Management
-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports Present reports to management with clear insights and recommendations
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, conversions, and pipelines Ensure proper documentation and data entry by the sales team

Coordination & Communication
-Act as a liaison between management and sales staff Communicate management instructions clearly to the team
-Support management in implementing new strategies and campaigns Handle internal escalations related to operations or sales performance

Required Qualifications
-Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field 3–6 years of experience in office operations or sales management
-Strong command over reporting, Excel, and data analysis
-Experience in supervising sales teams is mandatory
