Lead Support Specialist (Karachi | Night shift | Pkr)

We are hiring Lead Support Specialist.

Client Overview:
A Canadian business consulting firm offering tailored solutions in marketing, financial planning, IT/web/app development, and business operations to help companies grow and succeed.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Lead Support Specialist to manage leads, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and pursue leads to drive business growth and conversion
- Resolve complex customer issues, escalations, and feedback in a timely and effective manner
- Develop and implement support processes to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales) to drive business growth
- Monitor and analyze support metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive initiatives
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate and book appointments for the sales team and CEO as needed

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree from a top-ranked university in Karachi
- Experience: 1+ years in customer support, preferably with global companies
- Experience in lead management or similar role

Skills:
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
 - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
 - Experience with support software and systems

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM tools and customer feedback systems
- Knowledge of support metrics and KPIs (CSAT, FTR, etc.)

Other details:
Workmode: Night shift - Onsite
Location: Karachi
Timings: 6pm- 2am PKT
Working days: Monday-Friday
