We're Hiring – International Customer Support & Sales Executive (Karachi - Onsite)

About the Role:

We are looking for confident, fluent English-speaking professionals who can communicate effectively with international customers, manage sales conversations, schedule appointments, pitch services, and provide outstanding customer support.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, sales, problem-solving, and working in a dynamic international environment. Candidates should be comfortable handling both sales and customer service responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with international customers via phone calls and other communication channels.
Schedule appointments and present company services professionally.
Build customer interest and convert opportunities into sales.
Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Deliver friendly, accurate, and professional customer support.
Explain technical concepts in simple and easy-to-understand language.
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Achieve individual performance and sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
UK/US accent preferred.
Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
Confidence in dealing with international customers and clients.
O Levels, Intermediate, or higher qualification.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
