Collection Executive | Evening shift & Night Shift | Onsite | Karachi | USD Salary

We are hiring an Collection Executive (Real Estate Experienced)

About the Company
The Company is an International Real Estate Builders & Developers handling U.S. clients and having 150+ employees working over there.

Key Responsibilities:
Job Role Main:

• Follow up with clients for outstanding instalments through calls, emails,
  and WhatsApp.
• Ensure timely collection of payments as per approved payment schedules.
• Maintain accurate records: receivables updates, ageing reports, and daily
  follow-up logs.
• Reconcile payments and verify remittances with the Finance team.
• Escalate overdue accounts, disputes, and critical cases to the Head of
  Credit Control.
• Issue reminders, pre-cancellation notices, and termination letters as per
  company policy.
  

Job Role Secondary:

• Assist with reporting, documentation, and administrative follow-ups.
• Support customer relationship activities and engagement tasks.
• Participate in training sessions and periodic performance reviews.
• Help improve internal processes related to customer handling and
  follow-ups.

Other Details
Experience: 2 years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: Shift 1: 3:00 PM 12:00 AM 
             Shift 2: 9:00 PM 6:00 AM 
Location: DHA, Karachi
