Job Descriptions:
The Digital Marketing Executive at the company will play a key role in shaping the company's digital presence across TikTok, Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a rare blend of analytical research ability and exceptional creative design skills, with a strong command over Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
You'll be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and eCommerce performance for the Company's consulting and technology divisions
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan, create, and manage campaigns across TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads, Bing Ads.
- Produce and manage TikTok short-form video content and trend-based storytelling aligned with brand tone.
- Execute and optimize sponsored ad campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify for better visibility and ROI.
- Monitor analytics dashboards, track KPIs, and recommend strategic optimizations.
2. Marketplace & Platform Management
- Manage and maintain Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and Shopify product listings.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords for visibility and conversion.
- Coordinate with the operations team for pricing, inventory, and review management.
- Run promotional campaigns such as Prime Day deals, Walmart Sponsored Ads, and TikTok Shop promotions.
3. Research & Market Insights
- Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify trends, audience behavior, and digital opportunities.
- Analyze search and ad performance data to refine targeting strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest digital and eCommerce marketing trends and platform algorithm updates.
- Provide reports and insights to leadership on campaign effectiveness and emerging opportunities.
4. Creative Design & Brand Communication
- Design visually compelling creatives for social media, ads, product visuals, and campaigns using Photoshop and Canva.
- Create banners, product images, and promotional materials for Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart storefronts.
- Develop short video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels highlighting services, products, and campaigns.
- Maintain consistent visual identity across all platforms and brand touchpoints.
5. Website & SEO Optimization
- Support the optimization of Shopify websites from product descriptions to on-page SEO.
- Assist in website updates, landing page creation, and meta tag implementation.
- Collaborate with the web team for UI/UX improvements and lead funnel optimization.
6. Social Media & Community Engagement
- Manage ei1s TikTok and other social channels to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Respond to comments, engage with followers, and manage online community growth.
- Experiment with new creative formats such as carousels, reels, polls, and interactive posts.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or eCommerce marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Advanced) and Canva (Expert Level) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in TikTok content creation, Amazon/Walmart advertising, and Shopify campaign execution.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager).
- Excellent English communication skills both written and visual
