HR Generalist (On-site | Karachi | Salary in PKR)

Our client is a US-based global financial services firm supporting startups, entrepreneurs, and small-to-medium-sized businesses through AI-powered accounting, business intelligence, financial planning, and strategic advisory, with operations in Canada and Pakistan.

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle. The role will focus on HR administration, employee records, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, medical insurance administration, performance management, employee engagement, compensation reviews, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.

• Maintain employee records and HRIS/HR software.

• Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs.

• Handle medical insurance, including enrollments, claims coordination, and employee queries.
• Manage performance appraisal cycles through HR software, including goal setting, evaluations, and performance records.
• Coordinate annual increments, bonuses, and performance-based salary reviews.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.

• Implement HR policies and maintain compliance.

• Prepare HR reports on headcount, attendance, turnover, performance, compensation, and benefits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist/HR Operations.

• Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS and performance management systems.

• Knowledge of payroll, employee benefits, medical insurance, and compensation processes.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and Excel skills.

• High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.

Experience: 4+ years

Work Timings: 4 pm - 1 am (PKT)

Work Days: Monday- Friday

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: S.M.C.H.S., Karachi
