client is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate and grow business through leading freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and similar marketplaces. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and want to build a long-term career in the digital services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities on freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer

• Prepare and submit high-quality, customized proposals

• Communicate with potential clients and convert leads into successful projects

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

• Maintain activity reports and track performance metrics

Requirements:

• required Business Development Executive

• 1 - 2 years of experience in Business Development or working on freelancing platforms

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

• Proven ability to meet sales targets

Work Mode: On-site
Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours:

• Male Candidates: Rotational shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

• Female Candidates: Morning shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
