Role Overview – SQA Manual Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented SQA Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web-based applications through effective manual and automated testing strategies in a Java environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain manual and automated testing strategies and frameworks
Design and create detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing
Execute test cases, analyze test results, and identify defects
Collaborate closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Perform functional, regression, and system integration testing (SIT)Prepare and maintain QA documentation, including test reports and release documentation
Ensure product quality meets defined standards before release

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or a similar role
Strong knowledge of Java and web-based applications
Experience with testing tools such as JUnit and Selenium
Good understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
Ability to write clear and concise test cases and documentation

Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of SQL
Experience with test automation frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
