JOB OVERVIEW
This role plays a pivotal role in translating brand strategies into powerful and consistent execution across all channels, ensuring alignment with the companys core ideology. This position is responsible for owning the operationalization of branding plans, enforcing brand identity, and ensuring flawless implementation across all campaigns and customer touchpoints.
As the key execution lead, the Head of Brand Operations will oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, marketing operations, cross-functional coordination, and team management. The role requires a result-oriented, emotionally intelligent professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating meaningful, purpose-driven brand experiences.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Execution & Operations
Implement strategic marketing and branding initiatives across all brands, from campaign rollouts to brand experience activations.
Monitor and manage marketing calendars, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timelines and goals are met.
Oversee marketing operations: campaign deployment, influencer coordination, agency/vendor management, and post-launch performance tracking.
Build and maintain systems to manage workflows, documentation, and quality assurance.
Ensure execution aligns with established brand strategies, guidelines, and tone.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with product, operations, and customer experience teams to align execution with brand goals.
Act as the liaison between internal teams, external vendors, agencies, and media partners.
Maintain brand consistency and quality across digital and offline channels.
Team & People Management
Manage and mentor marketing associates and support teams to ensure smooth delivery of all initiatives.
Build a high-functioning execution team capable of delivering consistently high standards.
Own deliverables and outcomes independently, without the need for close supervision.
Market Awareness & Adaptability
Conduct market research to remain updated on trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
Stay aware of cultural and digital shifts to evolve brand execution in real time.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
47 years of relevant experience in brand/marketing execution or operations roles.
Strong project management, coordination, and organizational skills.
Emotionally intelligent with excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
Experienced in managing external vendors and internal stakeholders.
Familiar with brand-building tools and both digital and offline marketing platforms.
Committed to upholding and operationalizing established brand philosophies and identity.
