Non-Negotiable Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency, B2B services, SaaS, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- 2–3+ years of experience owning or managing marketing strategy and execution.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- Experience managing marketing calendars, budgets, campaigns, vendors, and cross-functional resources.
- Commercial understanding with the ability to connect marketing activities to leads, pipeline, revenue, and ROI.
- Strong research and analytical skills, particularly in competitor analysis, market research, pricing, positioning, and customer behavior.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and copywriting judgment.
- Strong working knowledge of AI and modern marketing technology.

3. Brand, Content & Market Positioning
- Develop original campaign concepts, themes, messaging angles, and creative directions for the Creative and Content teams.
- Own the company's brand presentation across its website, social media, marketing collateral, events, presentations, case studies, and other brand touchpoints.
- Create campaign concepts and provide clear briefs to Content and Creative teams.

- Own marketing preparation before, during, and after company events.
- Coordinate booths, collateral, presentations, promotional materials, lead-capture mechanisms, event campaigns, and follow-up strategies.
- Evaluate event performance based on business opportunities and revenue generated rather than participation alone.
6. Cross-Functional Execution
- Act as the central marketing owner, coordinating Creative, Content, SEO, Paid Media, Web, Automation, and Sales teams.
- Create clear briefs and ensure each department understands objectives, deliverables, deadlines, and expected outcomes.
- Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to designers, content writers, video editors, and other creative resources.

- Curiosity about competitors, markets, trends, technology, and new growth opportunities.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
