Job description:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and support our growth across global markets.

Requirements:

• Respond to incoming leads and handle initial client conversations professionally
• Submit tailored proposals on Upwork and other platforms daily
• Follow up with potential clients and keep conversations moving
• Coordinate with senior BD team on discovery calls and demos
• Update CRM with lead status, conversations, and next steps
• Meet daily and weekly targets set by your manager

You're The Right Fit If:

• 1 years of BD or sales experience in an IT or software house
• Decent English — written and spoken
• Familiar with Upwork or other freelance platforms
• Hungry to learn, proactive, and doesn't need to be chased

Work Timings: 4 pm - 9 pm (onsite), rest WFH (totaling 9 hours a day including break) 
Work Mode: Onsite - Night Shift
Work Days: Monday- Friday
