Hiring Junior HR Executive - Onsite Lahore

About the Job:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. You will work closely with employees and department leads to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure proper completion of all HR documentation.

Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files.

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related concerns.

Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.

Assist in payroll preparation by providing updated and accurate employee information.

Administer employee benefits and support enrollment and claim processes.

Coordinate training and development activities and maintain training records.

Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

Prepare HR reports, letters, and required documentation.

Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback cycles.

Job Requirements

0-1 year of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.

Solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and HR operations.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS tools.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Full-time (Mon-Fri - 10am - 7pm)
