Full-Stack Engineer – Digital Transformation & Automation

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on expertise across Azure, modern web development, AI/LLM technologies, and cloud-based application architecture.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across the entire technology stack—from frontend and backend development to databases, cloud infrastructure, authentication, and AI integrations. You should also be experienced in using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and MCP servers to accelerate development while maintaining strong engineering practices, code quality, security, and review discipline.

This role requires someone who can work independently, troubleshoot complex technical issues, understand business requirements, and take ownership of solutions from development through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications across the frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure layers.
• Build and maintain applications using Next.js (App Router) and Prisma ORM.
• Work extensively with Microsoft Azure services for cloud infrastructure, storage, databases, and identity management.
• Implement and maintain secure authentication and authorization flows using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Integrate and manage vector databases to support AI, embeddings, and RAG-based applications.
• Integrate LLM APIs and models, with an understanding of token usage, model selection, API costs, context management, and prompt design trade-offs.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code and MCP servers, as part of the day-to-day development workflow.
• Ensure AI-assisted development is supported by appropriate code review, testing, security, and engineering practices.
• Independently investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve development and production issues.
• Translate business and functional requirements into clear technical specifications and practical solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation covering architecture, APIs, workflows, and development processes.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders through GitHub, following appropriate branching, pull request, code review, and CI/CD practices.
• Take ownership of assigned features and technical problems with minimal supervision.

Required Skills & Experience

Cloud & Azure

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Practical experience with Azure Blob Storage.
• Experience working with Azure databases such as Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, or similar services.
• Understanding of fundamental Azure infrastructure and cloud deployment concepts.

AI & LLM Development

• Practical experience integrating LLM APIs/models into applications.
• Understanding of different LLM models and their appropriate use cases.
• Knowledge of token usage, API costs, model selection, context management, and prompt design.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.
• Experience working with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers or similar AI development workflows.

Vector Databases & RAG

• Practical experience with at least one vector database or vector search technology, such as:
  • Pinecone
  • Qdrant
  • pgvector
  • Azure AI Search
• Understanding of embeddings and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.

Full Stack Development

• Strong hands-on experience with Next.js, particularly the App Router.
• Strong experience with Prisma ORM and database management.
• Solid understanding of both frontend and backend development.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL database design is preferred.

Authentication & Security

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts for modern web applications.

Problem Solving & Engineering Practices

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to independently investigate problems and develop effective solutions.
• Comfortable working with production issues and taking ownership through resolution.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a developer-led environment.

GitHub & Collaboration

• Strong experience with Git and GitHub.
• Familiarity with branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows.
• Awareness of CI/CD practices and deployment workflows.

Documentation & Requirements

• Ability to understand and translate business or functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Ability to clearly document architecture, APIs, workflows, and technical decisions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with n8n or other workflow automation platforms.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Stronger experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design.
• Experience building production-grade AI/RAG applications.
• Familiarity with modern cloud-native development and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of technical tasks, and operate effectively with minimal supervision
