Senior RCM Specialist (Onsite | Islamabad | USD Salary)

Client Introduction:

Technology firm working with a cutting-edge AI platform is hiring Senior RCM Specialists.

Position Overview

Highly skilled RCM Specialist with 4 to 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management and medical billing. This specialist plays a pivotal role by managing a team of six, overseeing claims accuracy, and acting as the final quality gate before claims submission. The position requires strict adherence to data security protocols and a commitment to a minimum one-year contract, with immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and validate all medical claims with 99.95% accuracy before submission, ensuring compliance and minimizing errors.

- Manage a team of six professionals to optimize workflow in claims processing and revenue cycle operations.

- Collaborate closely with denial management teams to analyze and resolve claim denials effectively.

- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and data containment security protocols for handling Protected Health Information (PHI).

- Review and monitor outputs from RCM software such as Epic Systems and various EHR platforms.

- Oversee Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes, including X12 transaction compliance and validation.

- Implement quality assurance processes and maintain comprehensive documentation for claims review and submission activities.

- Train team members on best practices and regulatory requirements related to revenue cycle management.

- Work with insurance verification teams to confirm patient coverage and eligibility prior to billing.

- Stay informed on industry standards, claim processing updates, and relevant healthcare regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance claims accuracy, security, and operational efficiency.

-Maintain commitment to strict security and data handling protocols, prohibiting unauthorized saving, copying, or sharing of PHI.

-Ensure readiness for immediate onboarding as of January 1st and uphold contract obligations for at least one year.

Requirements:

- 5-7 years of strict experience in revenue cycle management and medical billing
