Role Overview

The Digital Sales Manager will be responsible for driving online sales growth, managing lead conversions, and expanding market presence across international regions. This role requires a data-driven, target-oriented professional with strong experience in digital sales, preferably within the EdTech, healthcare, or B2C education sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Enrollments & Revenue
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting qualified leads into course enrollments across multiple international markets.

Manage Digital Sales Funnel
Oversee the complete sales lifecycle, including lead handling, nurturing, follow-ups, and closures, ensuring high conversion rates and timely communication.

Develop Growth Strategies
Identify new market opportunities, design promotional strategies, and implement data-driven initiatives to maximize revenue and market reach.

Collaborate with Marketing Teams
Work closely with marketing to align campaigns, improve lead quality, and execute region-specific promotional plans.

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and enrolled learners, institutions, and partners, ensuring excellent pre- and post-enrollment support.

CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

3–6 years of proven experience in digital products (SAAS) in preferably EdTech, healthcare, or B2C.

Strong experience with CRM systems, digital sales funnels, and data-driven sales processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.

Highly result-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under sales targets and deadlines.

Work Timings: 9:30am to 6:30pm

Job Shift: Morning

Work Mode: Onsite
