About the Role: School Principal (Autism & Special child)

We are looking for a highly qualified and compassionate Principal to lead our specialized Autism and Learning Support School. The ideal candidate is a strong academic leader who understands how to run an institution while also having a solid background in autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and child development.

Our school provides four core services: speech therapy, occupational therapy, remedial education, and behavioral therapy. The principal will oversee all departments and ensure that students receive structured, safe, and high-quality support every day.

Key Responsibilities

• ️Lead and manage day to day school operations with confidence and professionalism.
• Supervise teachers and therapists in speech, occupational, remedial and behavioural departments.
• ️Oversee IEP development, academic planning and student progress reviews.
• ️Maintain strong communication with parents and guide them through each childs support plan.
• ️Train, support and mentor staff to maintain high standards in special education.
• ️Ensure compliance with child protection policies, documentation and safety protocols.
• ️Build a positive, collaborative and child centered school culture.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education, Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology or Applied Psychology.OR Masters in Education plus a recognised Special Education diploma.
• Additional certifications in Autism, ABA, TEACCH, PECS or Learning Disabilities will be preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of autism, ADHD, learning disabilities and developmental delays.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in special education settings.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years leadership or administrative experience.
• Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Strong organisational and team management ability.
• Female candidates only as per institutional requirement.

Position: School Principal (Autsim & Special child)
Location: Onsite - Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Shift Timing: Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. (work from office) (Saturday WFH)
