Job Role: HR - Operations & Employee Engagement
Role Summary
We are seeking a versatile and highly organized HR Generalist with a strong passion for
shaping employee experience and culture within a fast-paced, global tech environment.
The Generalist will manage the full employee lifecyclefrom recruitment and daily HR
operations to performance management and compliancewith a specialized, primary emphasis
on designing and executing impactful Employee Engagement activities. .
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Engagement & Culture Management (Core Focus)
-Design and Execute Engagement Programs: Proactively plan, organize, and lead all employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives (e.g., team building, holiday celebrations, wellness challenges, recognition programs).
-Culture Champion: Actively promote and embed company values through daily interactions and organized events, ensuring high morale and a cohesive culture that reflects the "INSPIRE" pillar.
-Internal Communication: Manage effective internal HR communication channels to keep employees informed and foster transparency.
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
-Recruitment Support: Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles, including sourcing, initial screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
-Onboarding Excellence: Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new hires, integrating them quickly into the company culture.
3. Performance & Employee Relations
-Performance Management: Assist in the administration and tracking of the Performance Management Cycle, including goal setting, check-ins, and review documentation.
-Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution, maintaining fairness and compliance.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
-Record Keeping: Maintain and update all employee records with high accuracy, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
-Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to all local labor laws and assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
-Payroll Support: Collaborate with the Finance team by providing accurate monthly data inputs for payroll and benefits administration.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
Ability to advise managers and employees effectively on HR policies and behavioral best practices, acting as a trusted consultant.
Strong working knowledge of core HR functions (Recruitment, Performance,
Payroll).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and local language).
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and sensitive information with
professionalism.
Job Details:
Work Timings: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Work Days: Monday- Friday
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Work Mode: Onsite
