Job Responsibilities:
(Job Main Role)
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to drive the company's growth and achieve revenue targets.
- To generate new leads with the help of digital platforms and build a sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop customized proposals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project
- managers, technical experts, and clients to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Market research and strategic planning for growth and improving the company's outlook.
Job Secondary Role
- Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our services.
- Work on the company's portfolio and strategies to improve our products and services.
Communication
- This is a sales/business development role that requires both internal and external communication.
- The person should be good at communicating within the team and with clients as well.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are a must.
