About The Role:
We are seeking a sales-driven and empathetic professional to join our team as a Sales Executive. This is not a generic customer service role, it requires the ability to listen to patients concerns, build trust, and confidently guide them towards joining our structured care programs. The ideal candidate is experienced in healthcare sales and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with inbound leads from our CRM to convert them into paying members.
Manage WhatsApp and phone communication with empathy and professionalism.
Build trust with prospects by understanding their health challenges and positioning
Jeetay Rahos programs as the right solution.
Track all conversations and maintain organized records in the CRM.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales conversion targets.
Key Performance Indicators:
Number of daily calls and follow-ups completed.
Lead-to-paid subscriber conversion rate.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
2-4 years of proven experience in healthcare sales, tele-sales, or a similar sales-focused
role.
Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu (spoken and written).
Empathetic, polite, yet persistent personality with the ability to close deals.
Comfortable using CRM and digital tools to manage leads.
Other Details:
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Timings: 9 AM - 5 PM
Work Mode: Onsite
