About the job Front sales & Upsell Manager
Client Introduction:
a fast-growing digital publishing company specializing in eBook sales, focused on high-conversion outbound strategies and personalized upselling to maximize customer value.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive front-end eBook sales through aggressive and effective outbound calling to pre-purchased leads.

Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services to maximize revenue per customer.

Build rapport and trust with potential customers, clearly communicating the value of the products.

Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance using CRM tools.

Continuously improve sales tactics based on feedback and market trends.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align offers with customer needs.
What are we looking for:

Proven experience in selling eBooks or other digital products (mandatory).

Comfortable with aggressive outbound sales tactics and high call volumes.

Strong ability to make front-end sales and handle upselling techniques.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Passionate about books, reading, and digital learning tools.

Working Timings: 9am-5pm
