Export Manager

Client Introduction:

Our client, is a premium art supplies brand empowering artists worldwide with high-quality tools and products that inspire creativity and expression.

About the role:

The Export Manager will play a crucial role in expanding Bluebird Paint Industries presence on international platforms, particularly Amazon. This role involves close collaboration with our outsourced Amazon facilitation team, internal teams, and external governmental authorities. The ideal candidate should have an inclination towards the arts, stationery, and DIY industry, and be eager to learn the intricacies of international trade and documentation.

Responsibilities:

1. Amazon Facilitation Team Engagement:

• Serve as the main liaison for the outsourced Amazon facilitation team.

• Furnish the team with the essential documentation about our products, company, and packaging details.

• Collaborate seamlessly with SCM, Sales, and Design teams to gather required data and materials.

2. Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) Liaison:

• Represent Bluebird Paint Industries in all engagements with the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan.

• Secure our companys participation in upcoming industry-related exhibitions and events.

• Engage with TDAP officials to abide by all regulations and optimize export possibilities.

3. Internal Coordination:

• Partner with the Supply Chain Management (SCM), Sales, Design, and other pertinent teams to ensure prompt procurement of items earmarked for export.

• Maintain alignment among various internal departments to streamline the export process and guarantee product consistency and quality.

4. Export Strategy Development:

• Regularly monitor global market trends and activities of competitors to pinpoint lucrative opportunities.

• Craft and deploy export strategies to elevate sales and brand visibility in prospective markets.

5. Documentation and Compliance:

• Ensure all documentation for export aligns with regulatory mandates to avert potential setbacks.

• Remain informed about global trade regulations, tariff alterations, or other elements influencing the export of merchandise.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any field.

• Willingness to work and adapt in a dynamic environment.

• No prior experience required, though knowledge of export regulations and documentation would be a bonus.

• Strong communication skills.

Work Timings / Day: Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Work Mode: Onsite
