Job Openings Business Operations Analyst (Remote - Night Shift | Pakistan | PKR Salary)

About the job Business Operations Analyst (Remote - Night Shift | Pakistan | PKR Salary)

About the company we're hiring for Currently:

A leading North American tech startup that provides all-in-one transportation management software to K-12 school districts.

Job Descriptions:

Business Operations sits across every department  - Product and Engineering, Customer Experience, Go-to-Market - and works on whatever the quarter's priority turns out to be. The work changes constantly - one month a product management workstream, the next a customer experience process you pull apart, rebuild, and train the team on.

How you work matters as much as what you finish. We expect an AI-first approach: using AI to research, draft, analyse, build and test, so that one person covers ground that used to take a small team. Start by doing the work manually and understanding it properly, then automate it and hand the running of it to the team that owns it.

You will be given significant responsibility early, working on some of the most important problems across the business and alongside senior leaders. For the right person, this is a chance to meaningfully accelerate your career: real ownership of critical business problems, direct exposure to the people making the decisions, and significant opportunity to grow within the company over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end problem ownership - taking ambiguous, cross-functional problems (time-to-go-live is too slow, we do not understand margin by customer type, Sales and Engineering disagree on what 'ready' means) from diagnosis all the way to an installed, measured solution.
  • Operating mechanisms - designing the cadences, ownership, SOPs and decision rules a team runs on, then cutting the manual load out of them through tooling, automation, and agents.
  • Special projects - whatever the quarter demands that does not yet have an owner or a playbook.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of professional experience, preferably in careers like management consulting, investment banking or business operations in a SaaS company.
  • An AI-first approach to the work, including hands-on experience with Claude Code. We expect you to use AI as a force multiplier across research, analysis, drafting, and building.
  • Highly analytical and structured - able to decompose a vague problem into a framework and then measure it quantitatively. Strong modelling skills in Excel.
  • A genuine systems thinker - you see the business as an interacting machine and reason about second-order effects before you change something.
  • A strong communicator with executive presence - concise, structured, and credible with senior stakeholders. Excellent written English.
  • Working hours with full daily overlap with Eastern Time.

What you Bring:

  • Energy and drive. You have a hunger for self-improvement and want to be around talented teammates who push you to keep raising your standard.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment where you will navigate ambiguity and solve big problems with very high autonomy.
  • High ambition. You want to go above and beyond, take on more than your job description, and build a career here as the company grows.

Work Mode: Remote - Full Time | Night Shift
Experience: 2-4 years
Days: Monday to Friday
Timing: 6pm to 3am (Flexible)

Benefits:

  • OPD
  • Leaves
  • Tax-free salary
