About Role:

Looking for a fast, creative, and highly skilled AI Motion Graphics Artist who can create scroll-stopping video content for social media and digital advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in motion graphics, video editing, 2D animation, and visual storytelling, combined with advanced hands-on experience using AI creative tools to generate videos, images, avatars, voiceovers, and B-roll.

Job Description:

• Create high-quality, engaging and visually compelling short-form video content for:

  • Instagram / Reels

  • TikTok

  • YouTube / Shorts

  • Paid social media and digital advertising campaigns

  • Develop creative concepts, hooks and visual treatments that capture attention and encourage viewers to stop scrolling.

• Design and produce motion graphics, 2D animations, kinetic typography, logo animations, transitions and visual effects.

• Edit and enhance video content using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

• Create and modify graphic assets using Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.

• Add and refine sound effects, music, voiceovers and other audio elements to improve the overall impact of videos.

  Use AI creative tools to generate: Videos, Images, Avatars, Voiceovers.
• Work with AI platforms such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Flux, ElevenLabs and HeyGen.

• Seamlessly integrate AI-generated assets with professionally edited video and motion graphics.

• Experiment with new AI tools, workflows and creative techniques to improve content quality and production speed.

• Translate concepts and creative briefs into compelling visual stories with appropriate pacing, transitions, typography and effects.

• Produce a high volume of content while maintaining strong attention to detail and visual quality.

• Take creative direction and feedback positively and make revisions efficiently.

• Work independently and manage multiple projects/content pieces within tight deadlines.

• Stay updated with social media trends, visual styles, AI video technologies and emerging creative tools

Requirements:

2–5+ years of relevant experience in Motion Graphics, Video Editing, Digital Content Creation or a related field.

Advanced proficiency in:

• Adobe After Effects

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator

Strong understanding of:

• Motion graphics

• 2D animation

• Kinetic typography

• Logo animation

• Transitions

• Visual effects

• Video editing

• Sound design

• Short-form content

Strong knowledge of social media video formats and trends, particularly Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

Proven ability to create attention-grabbing hooks and engaging visual contents

Advanced hands-on experience with AI creative and generative tools.

Experience with platforms such as:

• Runway

• Kling

• Google Veo

• Sora

• Midjourney

• Flux

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Film, Media Studies or a related field.

• Experience creating paid advertising creatives for social media platforms.

• Experience working in a fast-paced agency, marketing, advertising or digital-content environment.

• Knowledge of current AI video generation and creative automation workflows.

• Understanding of performance-driven creative content, including hooks, CTAs, retention and engagement.
