Product Design and Experience Lead - Karachi | Onsite | PKR Salary

Our client is a SaaS based Customer Engagement Platform.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design and user experience of Mergn. Your focus will be on creating simple, intuitive, and world-class user experiences, while also helping to build the product pipeline by translating customer insights, partner feedback, and market research into actionable features and UX/UI improvements.

This role is for someone who takes full ownership of their work, works confidently, and delivers results independently. You must also be comfortable using AI tools, learning new AI technologies, and applying AI to improve your work.

Primary Responsibilities – Product Design

- Design new product features, flows, and interactions end-to-end.

- Identify areas of complexity on the platform and simplify UX/UI.

- Deliver high-fidelity designs in Figma or using AI-assisted design tools.

- Continuously iterate based on user feedback, data, and research.

- Maintain a Jony Ive mindset: every interaction should feel deliberate, seamless, and intuitive.

Secondary Responsibilities – Product Pipeline & Strategy

- Capture product requirements through the Customer Success team.

- Conduct quarterly calls with top partners to understand features that help retain customers.

- Carry out international competitor research to identify relevant UX/UI and product improvements.

- Audit the platform to remove unnecessary complexity.

- Translate insights into a product pipeline of features, UX improvements, and UI updates.

- Use AI tools wherever possible to design, prototype, and generate outputs efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI for web or mobile platforms. Experience in leading product features or strategic design initiatives is preferred.

- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, UX improvements, and feature thinking.

- Proficient in Figma and familiar with AI-assisted design tools.

- Strong understanding of design systems, usability principles, and user flows.

- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
