About the Role
Business IT Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for networking products and solutions including switches, routers, firewalls, access points, Wi-Fi systems, and related technologies in Lahore and across Punjab. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, deep market knowledge, and proven experience in achieving sales targets within the ICT and networking domain.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for networking products and solutions in Lahore and Punjab region.

Identify new business opportunities, projects, and trade channels (consultants, contractors, distributors, system integrators).

Manage the complete sales cycle: from lead generation, quotation preparation, and order negotiation to closing deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, end users, and channel partners.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Stay updated with current market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.

Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver complete networking solutions to customers.

Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management.
Requirements & Qualifications

Education: BE/BS in Electronics, Telecom, IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or BBA/MBA.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in networking products and solutions within Lahore and Punjab markets.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of networking hardware and solutions (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Access Points, Wi-Fi devices, etc.).

Certifications (Preferred): CCNA, HCIA, H3CNE, or equivalent network administration certifications.

Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong presentation and customer relationship management abilities.

Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Good teamwork and collaboration with internal departments.

Market Knowledge: Familiarity with consultants, contractors, trade
partners, and ongoing IT infrastructure projects in the region.

Location: Karachi and Lahore
Timings: Monday - Friday (9am - 5:30pm)
Salary: depends on expertise
