Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team in LDP Logistics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, the ability to build and mentor a high-performing sales team from the ground up, and the drive to exceed revenue targets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing people as much as closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

    Sales Leadership

    • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients to expand the company's footprint.
    • Manage and own the full sales cycle – from lead generation and prospecting to closing and post-sale follow-up.
    • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

    Team Building & Management

    • Recruit, onboard, and train a capable and motivated sales team from scratch.

    • Mentor and coach team members, providing ongoing feedback, performance reviews, and development plans.
    • Foster a positive, competitive, and collaborative team culture focused on results.

    • Set individual KPIs and ensure accountability across the team.

    Operations & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools.

    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, team productivity, and market trends for senior management.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams.

    • Continuously refine sales processes, scripts, and pitch materials for maximum effectiveness.

    Requirements

    Experience & Education

    • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in a sales role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior capacity, proven record with supportive numbers.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with strong experience).
    • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing sales pipelines; proven record of team building from scratch and converting into revenue generation unit.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to build, manage, and inspire a sales team from the ground up.

    • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.

    • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

    • High proficiency in English – both written and verbal (essential for this role due to shift timings aligned with international markets).
    • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a night-shift environment; flexible approach.

    Other Details:

    Work Mode: On-site

    Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi

    Work Days: Monday to Friday

    Work Timings: 6 pm to 3 am (Evening to Night Shift)

    Experience: 5-7 years
