Lead Generation Specialist - Onsite Karachi - Night Shift

Client Introduction:
A fast-growing digital publishing company specializing in eBook sales, focused on high-conversion outbound strategies and personalized upselling to maximize customer value.

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to generate high-quality clients for our Design and Digital Marketing services in the USA and Canada markets. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in Bark, Upwork, and LinkedIn for client hunting and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate qualified leads through Bark platform (expert-level usage required)

* Handle Upwork bidding, proposal writing, and client conversion

* Source and approach potential clients via LinkedIn (outreach & lead nurturing)

* Target decision-makers for Design & Digital Marketing services

* Maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads

* Coordinate effectively with management/sales team

* Meet and exceed monthly lead generation targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Bark, Upwork, and LinkedIn

* Strong understanding of Design & Digital Marketing services

* Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)

* Knowledge of USA & Canada market dynamics

* Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven

Experience Required

* 2 to 4 years of proven experience in lead generation

* Strong background in international client acquisition

* Only candidates with relevant lead generation profiles will be considered

Working Hours

* Monday – Friday

* Saturday (if required)

* Time: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Pakistan Time)

Salary & Compensation

* Salary will be offered based on candidates experience and performance

* Final compensation will be decided as per candidates expertise and results
