Senior Specialist - Data Analytics - Onsite - Karachi

Company Overview:

Hiring for one of our Dubai based Largest Food company in Karachi.

Job description:

Main Technical Requirement:

Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R.Hands-on experience with BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.

Experience working with large datasets, data cleansing, feature engineering, and analytics-ready data pipelines.

Strong statistical modelling, forecasting, and machine learning capabilities.

Ability to visualize data, tell compelling stories, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.

Understanding of business KPIs, financial metrics, and operational levers to drive actionable outcomes.

Key Accountabilities:

Strategic:

Lead complex analytical problem-solving, structuring unstructured business challenges into clear analytical frameworks.

Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Contribute to enterprise analytics strategy by recommending methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Operational:

Design and implement advanced analytics solutions, including statistical models, forecasting, segmentation, clustering, and optimization

techniques.

Analyze large, multi-source datasets using statistical and machine learning methods to uncover trends, drivers, and opportunities.

Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau) to enable self-service analytics.

Collaborate with data engineering and digital teams to ensure data availability, quality, and integration into enterprise systems.

Maintain analytics standards, including data governance, model documentation, validation, and reporting.

People Management:

Mentor and guide junior analysts, reviewing outputs and enhancing team capabilities.

Provide training and guidance on analytical techniques, tools, and visualization best practices.

Product Process Improvement

Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity modelling, and forecasting to support financial planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.

Identify opportunities to optimize analytics workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve the usability of reports and dashboards.

Stay current with emerging analytics techniques, tools, and industry trends, introducing innovative approaches to AGIs analytics ecosystem.

Required Details:

1) 6–8 years of progressive experience, including work with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

2) Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Timings/ Day: Mon to Fri ( 9:30am to 6:30pm)
