About Our Client:

The company is a prominent player in Pakistan's textile industry, renowned for its production of high-quality garments and textiles and a leading textile exporter.

Job Description:

Require an IT officer/technician for managing the company's basic IT infrastructure including networking, CCTV systems, printers, and providing day-to-day technical troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage LAN/Wi-Fi network, routers, and internet connectivity.

· Install, monitor, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras and DVR/NVR systems.

· Configure and maintain printers, computers, and IT equipment.

· Provide technical support for hardware, software, and email issues.

· Perform data backups and ensure antivirus/system updates.

· Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors when required.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Bachelors in IT or related field.

· 3+ years of IT support experience.

· Basic knowledge of networking, CCTV, and printer management.

· Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Work Mode: Onsite - Full Time

Location: Korangi Creek, Karachi

Experience: 3 Years

Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: 9:00 am-5:30 pm PKT
