Our Client is a leading tech company that specializes in AI-powered marketing, custom web and app development, and intelligent platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership & Strategy:
  • Define and oversee the agency's creative vision across campaigns, ensuring consistency with client brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies that combine storytelling, design, and digital trends
    to drive client growth. 
  • Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate fresh, compelling campaign concepts.
Campaign Management & Execution:
  • Collaborate with account management, marketing, design, and content teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Review and approve creative deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet client
    expectations. 
  • Monitor campaign performance and adapt creative strategies to optimize results.
Client Engagement & Advisory:
  • Serve as the strategic creative advisor to key clients, presenting ideas, campaign strategies, and performance insights.
  • Translate client business objectives into actionable creative solutions and measurable outcomes.
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators to achieve creative excellence. 
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the creative team.
Market Insight & Trend Analysis:
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform campaign strategies. 
  • Integrate data-driven insights into creative planning to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or creative strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. 
  • Proven track record in conceptualizing and delivering high impact campaigns across digital
    and traditional channels.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client facing skills.
  • Expertise in branding, digital marketing, content strategy, and storytelling. 
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, performance metrics, and campaign optimization.
