Role Overview – Admin Assistant

Job Purpose:

This is a high-contact, fast-paced role that involves frequent parent calls and ongoing communication. You will be a key touchpoint for families — guiding, counselling, resolving concerns, and ensuring every child has a seamless learning experience. The role is demanding, with significant communication hours, but it offers rapid growth, meaningful impact, and a strong career path within the company. You will be a highly valued member of the FunFox team.

Key Responsibilities:

Parent Counselling & Support:

  • Conduct regular calls with parents to discuss student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Respond promptly to emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls.
  • Address concerns with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with families.

Proactive Communication:

  • Reach out to parents with updates, reminders, and feedback.
  • Troubleshoot learning or scheduling challenges.
  • Ensure parents feel informed and supported at every stage.

Scheduling & Coordination:

  • Assist in managing class schedules and parent coordination.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operational flow.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate parent and student records using Google Sheets.
  • Track communication, feedback, and scheduling updates.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify inefficiencies in support or administrative processes.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to streamline operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service, education support, counselling, or teaching (teaching experience is highly preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong empathy and emotional intelligence — someone who can actively listen and guide parents thoughtfully.
  • High responsiveness and comfort with heavy calling schedules.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Location: Remote from Karachi
Working days & timings: Monday to Friday(07:00 am to 03:00 pm)
