Role Overview:

We're looking for a Creative Lead who can turn complex cybersecurity and privacy ideas into scroll-stopping, conversion-focused ads and social stories. You'll work closely with the founder and marketing team to develop ad concepts, UGC scripts, visuals, and brand narratives that make Efani stand out as the most secure phone service in the world.

Key Responsibilities

• • Lead creative strategy for paid ads (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn) and organic social.
    
  • Develop high-performing creative angles, hooks, scripts, storyboards, and visuals.
    
  • Analyze top-performing creatives and brainstorm new variations weekly.
    
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and performance marketers to produce final assets.
    
  • Maintain brand voice and tone across all touchpoints (security, trust, exclusivity).
    
  • Stay on top of trends in social media storytelling, short-form video, and ad psychology.
    
  • Build a small creative team (writer, editor, designer) over time to scale output.
    

Ideal Background

• • 3+ years of creative direction or ad strategy experience in DTC, SaaS, or tech brands.
    
  • Proven success ideating or producing winning ad campaigns on Meta and YouTube.
    
  • Strong storytelling instincts — able to turn data or features into emotion-driven narratives.
    
  • Deep understanding of social psychology, virality, and visual trends.
    
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and giving feedback to creatives.

• • Number of winning ad creatives per month (CTR/ROAS benchmarks).
    
  • Creative testing velocity and iteration cycle time.
    
  • Engagement rate and follower growth across social platforms.
