About the company:

Hiring for a Plastic Manufacturing company.

Role Overview – Manager Accounts, Taxation & Document Control

Required experience:

• Full handling of GL, trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and closings

• Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost accounting, and product costing

• Manufacturing accounting exposure covering raw material, WIP, finished goods, inventory reconciliation, physical stock verification, BOM, consumption, yield, and wastage analysis

• Strong command of ERP/accounting software and Excel

• Hands-on experience with FBR and SRB, including sales tax, income tax, withholding tax, audits, notices, and assessments

• Strong document control capability, including SOP implementation, audit-ready records, filing systems, scanned/electronic record management, version control, secure archiving, retrieval, and compliance documentation

Other requirements:

• Strong communication with vendors, customers, consultants, and authorities.

• Able to handle reconciliations, follow-ups, dispute resolution, and junior staff supervision.

• High integrity, confidentiality, organization, and ability to perform under pressure.

Required Profile:

• 5–10+ years in manufacturing accounts and finance.

• Mandatory industrial / manufacturing experience.

• Age 30–45.

• Sharp, independent, analytical, and strong in problem-solving.
