Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business goals
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and senior leadership
• Lead long-term financial planning and forecasting

2.Financial Controlling & Governance

• Establish and oversee a robust financial controlling framework
• Monitor financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies
• Ensure cost control, margin analysis, and variance analysis across departments
• Drive financial discipline and accountability across the organization
• Standardize financial processes and reporting structures
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and transparency in financial reporting

3. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Deliver actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency

4. Accounting & Reporting

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations

5. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity
• Optimize capital structure and funding strategies
• Manage banking relationships and financial risk

6. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with tax laws, Regulatory Compliance, financial regulations, and internal policies
• Develop and maintain internal controls
• Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors

7. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
• Build a high-performance finance function
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments

Key Requirements

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certification such as CA is required

Experience

• 10–15+ years of progressive finance experience
• Proven leadership experience in a senior finance role
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
